I'm a lively, energetic retiree who likes to try new restaurants, watch a new TV show, travel to a new places, likes watching sports, walking, being outdoors, laughing, joking and appreciating how wonderful life has been to me. I'm loyal to my friends and like meeting new people and keeping in touch with high school classmates and friends from 40 years ago. I melt at anything with four paws and fur but have limited myself to two young cats.

I enjoy music from the Big Band Era and earlier and music through the mid 60's. Perhaps, I need the right person to introduce me to the decades from then until now.
I relax by reading, working crossword and Sudoku puzzles, bridge, cribbage and euchre.
I'm a straightforward person who "doesn't play games." You will know where you stand with me. I am direct but not cruel or demeaning.

A first date would be coffee, a meal or a glass of wine while in an atmosphere that is conducive to conversation. We could go for a walk or just sit and talk so we could learn more about each other.
