I have been fortunate to lead a very rewarding life. Although going it alone has not been bad, having the opportunity to share it with someone special is very appealing. Thus the purpose of my participation here.

I have a great career in biotechnology and education. The most enjoyable part of these career activities is the opportunity for me to express my creativity. Beyond the work world, I enjoy many activities including movies, books, dining out, dive bars and live music. Actually music is one of my passions. I am a working musician and although I enjoy (and have played) pretty much all types of music, jazz is where my heart is.

Beyond the classroom, boardroom, and stage, I take great pleasure in bicycling and gardening. I also enjoy cooking although it is always more motivating to cook together with a special person. I am here looking for that special person; someone who enjoys life and will view our meeting as a new adventure that will last indefinitely.

The first date would be a nice dinner/lunch or drink/coffee in a relaxed atmosphere where we could talk and get to know one another.
