I would say my three favorite things to do would be play pool, listen to music and anything baseball related. I am in a pool league and we play once a week. Over the last few years, I have become an avid reader as well (used to hate reading before that). I am interested mostly in American and baseball history, but make it a priority to read many other books of different subjects. I have also recently gotten back into playing tennis and raquetball, which is really great excercise. I became an uncle for the first time in 2008 and cant get enough of my baby neice.

I am looking for someone whom I can be attracted to on all levels. A gal that has a mind of her own and is not going thru life doing "what she is supposed to do" just because the people in her life/society think that is what she should be doing. I want someone who is principled, honest, intellegent and caring. A gal that is going to put as much into our relationship as I am. Someone who can communicate to me what she wants/how she feels and isnt afraid to tell me something that bothers her, especially if its about me. Perceptiveness is also what I am looking for, as that is the word I use to describe intellegence. Intellegence has nothing to do with how many degrees you have on your wall, how much money you make, or even what your IQ is. They cant put a number on intellegence! My biggest goal right now is to meet someone and start a family. I am very happy with my job/friends/family/home...AKA the rest of my life, this is the only missing piece of the puzzle....


I think the thing that separates me from the rest of the crowd is the fact that I always think for myself. I dont care to "go with the flow" or "keep up with the Joneses" just for the sake of going with the flow or keeping up with the Joneses. If something doesnt make sense to me, I will question it, no doubt! I put great thought into everything I do and am proud of this fact.

I am really into classic rock, mostly from the 70s. Im a hopeless Led Zeppaholic and am also into The Beatles, David Bowie, Pink Floyd, Guns and Roses, Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Doors, AC/DC, Motley Crue, Black Sabbath, The Black Crowes, Pearl Jam, and Jimi Hendrix.

A first date should be simple and not extravagant. I always thought the best first date is just going out to eat, so you can talk and get to know your date. If the dinner goes well, a walk on the beach would complete a very nice evening.
