My friends have described me as; optimistic, warm, caring, affectionate, outgoing, funny, intelligent, creative, perceptive, genuine, passionate, honest & rational. I am physically fit being a classical ballet dancer/teacher and love doing things that are active but can definately curl up on the sofa and watch tv/movies too. I am a total dog person(mine died last summer,hoping to get a new pup soon) and spend time obedience &agility training at a friends dog school. Love all sports,while married I acquired a deep respect and liking for ice hockey & I love the outdoors so gardening/landscaping has special interests to me as well as strolling through the park or out on a boat , hiking etc. I love and listen to any kind of music,theatre,art...What makes me unique is that I am open to try and experience most anything as long as it's not too reckless.( Always wanted to sky dive at
least once) My family,friends & dance students are extremely important to me. I have survived cancer twice... I am healthy now and understand if the"cancer" thing freaks any of you out...that's why I'm telling you about it in my profile...to deter any of you shallow men out there...life is too short for stupid games and dishonesty...As far as I am concerned the glass is always half full and I plan on living it filled with as much romance, happiness, laughter and fun as possible! preferably with a significant other for the next 50+yrs!...soooo... Bring it on boys! and please look like your picture...

I would like to be a bit more spontaneous on deciding... not have a "prepackaged" date...depends on the vibe/energy and interests of the other person involved...picnic in central park, a museum, concert, coffee/drinks with a view...Love to eat great food whether in a "dive" or the fanciest restaurant in town.Love martinis,wine, beer and great scotch( occasionally). Love NYC or and spend as much time in as possible...but I'm equally as comfortable in the country
