Still being fairly new to Springfield (So. CA gal), I'm still getting acclamated to the midwest. I wasn't always a 'city gal' though. As a result, I love what both lifestyles have to offer. Now don't get the wrong impression, country boys. I'm not ready to help you milk cows or live out on the farm. I'm not THAT much country. :-)
I adore country music but also love to dance/listen to all other types of music as well. (Okay...acccept for Rap!) I love enjoying life and all that it has to offer. I absolutely have to have humor in my everyday life and feel there are way too many people who can't seem to mix humor and responsibility together. I definitely prefer to date TALL men. (Tall to me is going to put you at no less than 6 ft barefoot!....NO cheating) I'm not one to date those that have those "few extra lbs" as they tend to be couch potatoes.
I do have 3 fantastic kids that are now out of the nest so I desire dating someone who does not have that every-other-weekend responsibility.
I believe in chemistry between a man and a woman and when you have that, the butterflies in the tummy feeling are simply wonderful. I'm not one of those desperate women who needs a man to feel happy and content. Having the last love of my life involved in my life would just be a very pleasant enhancement.
I'm not interested in a long-distance dating scenario so if you are not 'geographically desirable' in relation to Springfield, I'll probably have to decline your wish to communicate. It's a little tough to be spontaneous when there's a large geographical distance in between.
My photos are recent so hopefully, yours are also (not one of what you wished you still looked like.)
What you DO for a first date? Sheesh.....a first date isn't something you do....it's a meeting of two individuals who merely wish to get to know each other better. My true response on this one would definitely have to be:
Two people simply relaxing and enjoying making a new friend.
