I am upfront & honest; what you see is what you get. I like the usual stuff....long walks in nature, the beach, camping, reading, and I have just started hiking.

I am outgoing and adventurous while still being down-to-earth. Low maintenance is one word for me. Not afraid of breaking a nail or wrecking my hairdo and I am as comfortable in a pair of jeans as a dress. That doesn't means I don't enjoy dressing in a nice dress or skirt for a night out.

I like most sports (as a viewer) but mostly like hockey and football. Play a little golf (badly) and like to spend an afternoon on the course whacking away at the ball.

I have four children, only one teenager at home now (when she IS home, ha-ha) and now have some spare time to enjoy myself more but would like someone to enjoy things with. Dinner out (doesn't have to be four star), a movie, a walk, a picnic. Love to get in the car and drive through the countryside with the windows open and the music loud.

Music...like just about everything except rap and heavy classical. Enjoy live theatre and music but not big on large concerts anymore.

I have only lived in Kitchener a short time and am not into the bar scene and don't get out enough to meet people, hence this site.

What am I looking for in a man? He has to be confident and outgoing without being egotistical; romantic and affectionate; tall would be nice, as I am tall; someone who takes care of themselves; must be able to hold a conversation about something other than themselves; most of all MUST have a wicked sense of humour. (Of course, most people who aren't funny think they have a wicked sense of humour and don't.) A man who can make me laugh, can give and take the dingers and not be too sensitive is perfect. A sense of humour is about the sexiest thing in a man and without one life is too boring to bear. :)

I am looking for dating with the hopes of something developing into long-term. Although it's been said many times on this site, it's probably been said because there are so many players out there...."honesty and integrity are vital". I am not looking for someone to spend a night with, I am looking for someone to share my life with.

I guess the standard meet for coffee or something first. Then next date maybe a picnic if the weather suits or a dinner out, following by a nice walk in the park to get to know each other.
