I am 26 years old. I have two wonderful dogs who are a big part of my life. I have a Jeep Wrangler that I take off roading often, and work on myself even more frequently. I have naturally curly hair, but I straighten it most of the time. I have piercings, and tattoos, and I expect people who contact me to be totally ok with that.

I am extremely independent, but since I am a very honest person I will admit I am rather needy. I am looking for a best friend and someone to spend my day to day life with. That means I like to spend as much time as possible with the person I am interested in. I am not a two-days a week kind of girl. I am also very, very affectionate once I am comfortable with people I like. This could be seen as a flaw, but the person who is meant for me will be like me and will like that I am a cuddlebug and want to hang out all the time. I do understand people's need for space also, and like time on my own as well. I listen to rock, punk rock, acoustic rock, and very recently became a fan of country music.

I am very good at compromising, and am always open to try new things. I am very picky about who I like, but I will always give people a chance. You just never know who will steal your heart. I am not a fan of the bar scene, and find the people I meet when I go out are just not looking for anything other than casual fun. While fun is good, and I like to fill my days with as much of it as possible, I am done spending my nights partying and feeling like I am missing my other half.

Do not use pick up lines on me, be original and honest.
I am very honest and blunt and so I will not ignore a heartfelt message, however if I do not feel a spark I will try say so immediately instead of just not responding at all.
I am very active and in healthy shape, I am looking for someone who is the same, who is active and likes being outdoors and running and hiking, if you are not like that, you may not want to message me.
I do not tolerate being insulted or talked down to, I am a very strong woman and have a very strong personality.
If you have kids, you may not want to message me, while I think kids are great, that is just a sticky situation and it is uncomfortable for me.
If you are "420 friendly", I am not, and I do not date people who are, your lifestyle is your choice, but I am just not attracted to that.
If you still live with your parents, I am probably not going to be interested.. I have met people in the past who I liked enough to overlook that, but since I have been on my own since I was 16, it is really hard for me to do.

If I seem awfully picky, it is because I think people should be, especially when looking for a possible match. I know what I want, and it seems better to make this clear than to waste anyone's time.

That said, I am ALWAYS interested in making new friends, life is short, and every person I have met in my life has left my life better in one way or another. I am a very nice old-fashioned kinda girl, and even though I have what some might consider a lot of turn-offs...I am open to meeting anyone and everyone. :)
