I am a contemplative woman. Value connections with people from spirit; I don't pay a whole lot of attention to the lists of hobbies, etc, to determine potential matches. However, I guess you have to start somewhere. So here goes.

I'm down to earth and open at looking at the world from a very large lens. Have various artistic endeavors that I don't have alot of time to engage in because of my work. If I were to take a trip (which I don't plan on anytime soon), it might be to the Gulf Islands off of Vancouver to hike and kyack and absorb the beauty or go to Japan, especially to the country - experience the beauty and rituals of Japanese tea houses and the exquisite beauty of the quiet and natural environment there. Locally, I love Pt. Reyes, Monterey, San Francisco, a train ride to Sacramento or Santa Barbara.

Music: I love many kinds. Dylan, Neil Young, Mark Knofler, Carlos Nikai, blues, acoustic, oldies from the 60's, classical, some new age - Anugama, Karunesh, Lisa Gerrard

Theatre: Enjoy theatre and opera at times

I love the ease of conversation especially when in company of someone who knows how to listen. If this element is missing in a relationship, friendship or more than, it usually won't matter what one is engaged in together. The power of conversation and connectivity that comes from a mutual understanding of the other can trump any activity.

I like to go with the flow depending on the person I am with and the energy between us. Meeting for the first time ~ coffee houses will do. Short and sweet. And, take it from there.
