It maybe a cheesy saying but it really is true....also I have found throughout my dating experiences that older, more refined men are a pleasure and my choice for a date and hopefully more.... I have been physically fit all my life although I have developed some minor cardiac issues that prevent from running any more, I am finding new and enjoyable forms of exercise....I enjoy being around people that are mentally stimulating over good looks and brawn, if you have it all, wonderful! :)
