I am a pretty normal guy I love all types of music... love U2, DMB, Beatles, Marley, VH, Stan Kenton, Sinatra, smooth jazz, Bobbie McFerrin, ... I love it all. I am a divorced father with a son who is simply the coolest kid on the planet. I get along great with his mom, and we both cheer each other on to find another "the One".

I am on a health kick due to a life changing moment that happened earlier this year. I walk, swim, bike a lot putting in quite a bit of miles either indoors or outdoors. I eat really well, and just work hard to take care of myself. I go to church but am not judgmental, nor hold conservative views... I'm just a spiritual guy who loves it when divinity walks into room. I love people, but am very at home being all to myself. I'm self motivating, clean, and try to be organized so my life is simple and uncluttered.

I'm looking for someone who shares my need for total health and well being. I really hope she likes to take care of herself physically as well as mentally. To have someone to take to church would be great... To be flexible and spontaneous... because my life is quite fluid at the moment due to what I do as a profession which is also my way of life.
