When environments are open and diversity accepted, it's a place that I like to be; a place to be me in. Being open and honest are qualities I admire. Acceptance, as it is, sure is a nice thing too.

Open to meeting a friend to take walks where the view is spectacular, share a picnic, enjoy the sounds of nature, amist a nice conversation. You just never know; all things are possible once communications unfold truths within.

It is lovely living here in this amazing Humboldt County area; so beautiful and lots of outdoor things to do. I lean toward the left in politics, and I am for protecting the environment. Generally, I take the softer approach of listening and moving to topics we can agree on, and I go to great lengths to avoid topics that separate.

Mostly, I try to see the goodness in people. A person who is upbeat with a sense of humor and a positive outlook on life would be totally uplifting to have as a friend nearby so we could do stuff together.

Every day is an adventure; if we decide it to be. I love to be in nature, and under redwood trees. To meander along by the river's swift edge, skipping good skipper rocks, or feet tingling in it. Cold and clear; can see the fish swimming, I sure love to wander and share what's to see.

The ocean at sunset, cafe with a view, a gathering of like minds, the smell of a campfire in your hair. Laughter comes easily, tears sometimes too; and music that is uplifting. Jazz, Rock, Soul and blues; sure do love the music and how it moves.

Walking someplace casually and enjoying easy conversation; maybe share a picnic or stopping for a coffee or whatever. It all depends on what we decide we'd like to do?
