Here's some things to work with as you ponder weather or not contacting me would entertain you:
I enjoy the sports of Hockey, golf and football in that order. I play 2 of them and watch the other one on Sundays...that doesn't mean I have to watch every Sunday..they'll play the games without me and I can do other things. As for teams (as if this is really important to girls) The Jets are my team of choice in the NFL and the Islanders are my team of passion in the NHL. I own season tickets to the Isles so for those 41 nights a year I actually have something to do! I do take others to the games...so you might be able to enjoy this as well! I enjoy playing golf with friends and family and try to get out once a week. Golf does wonders for humbling my sports ego. I consider the sports aspect of my life to be a part of my passions...not a hobby. Hobbies would be stamp collecting, model airplane building and scrap booking...don't stop reading yet!! I do not have ANY of those hobbies. The only thing I collect is a paycheck!
Moving on my musical tastes are somewhat typical of a 41 year old guy in NY. My favorite bands are KISS, Led Zeppelin, Rush, Van Halen and then lots of others....The last 5 concerts I've attended are Metallica, Queensryche(2X), Van Halen and Motley Crue. The bands I have seen the most are KISS, Rush and Van Halen. Music has been a part of my life since I was 5 or 6 years old when I got into it with some Zeppelin, Kiss and Black Sabbath. I took up guitar at 12 after a short stint on the drums and later played in bands with friends...some of the same friends I am in a band with now...we play around Long Island playing classic rock and some 80's and 90's as well as some of today's stuff.
My goals are simple: continue to futher my career and and advance in the company I have worked for since the age of 18 and share the success with someone (that's where you might come in). As for who I am I can best be described as funny, upbeat, smart, witty, hard & smart working, determinded and full of self confidence. I have the ability to get along with just about anyone and I'm adaptable to most situations.
My Long Island accent has been changed to be more of a Brooklyn accent so I can confuse people when I open my mouth...and since I like to talk-that's often! Unlike Elmer J. Fudd I don't own a house and a yacht, just a house and a car.
Here's some other wonderful attributes:
I don't use my car as a means to get girls interested in me...I do use it to pick them up and drive them places though.
I only have pictures of me dressed since I couldn't afford to buy the negatives of the one's of me naked. The last picture I took without a shirt on was in the 80's...good luck finding that one.
As for drinks...I like water, cranberry juice and some V8...I'll even drink cold brewed ice tea. I will have a beer, some vodka or some jack and coke...but I'll never ever be close to drunk...I'm enough fun sober...why push it.
When I do watch the TV I enjoy shows on the Discovery channel, National Geographic Channel and a few other stations not named ABC, NBC or CBS...I'm sure there is some good stuff on there but I don't have the ability to sit through it alone...the remote is too tempting to a man's hand!
I can cook...on my foreman grill...I use the stove to make tea...I don't make coffee at home-I do drink it at work though...and will have a cup with you.
There are lots of things I enjoy doing other than what I have stated...but if I tell you everything that would require me to remember all of it now...let's talk about it and go from there.
I hope you found lots of this entertaining and hopefully we wll speak sometime soon....sometimes it's not what I like or enjoy or what you like and enjoy that makes a connection happen...we're all part of the same tribe...human beings....so shouldn't we all just get along?
As for you humans....here is my short list of what humans I am interested in for anything more than a friend situation:
I am interested in a caucasian female, spanish female, european female...all of you have to be between the ages of 25 and 42...that doesn't mean you can't email me if you're younger or older...being respectful and knowing I could miss out on someone great means listening to everyone.
You don't have to be a Supermodel...(but please have a picture available for viewing or sending)since I'm not either...I don't care if you're taller than me...many people are...if my height is a problem for your shoe collection I'm sorry...I stopped wearing my 8-inch KISS platform heels back in the early 80's!
Please be height and weight proportionate...if you're 5'2" and 160 lbs...you can take me in a wrestling match and that's not going to work. I'm about 165lbs. and for my height that's about 8-10 lbs. too much...maybe I should hike or surf that weight off? I am Italian and have been taught to eat everything put in front of me since birth...we'll have to deal with that !!
If I don't find you attractive I'm NOT going to tell you...I'm just going to not be interested...as I have researched here so far..98% of my emails get read....97% of them go unanswered.....not even a "are you kidding?" reply....someone will always find you attractive...what makes me the judge for everyone?
