To know me is to love me, and to love me is to something, something?
I keep good company, my friends like me and even the people "I" don't like, like me. I love New York and even though renting an apartment is expensive. I still manage to stay in the five boroughs. I like my Spanish and I wish I could use it more often. I speak and Read it well. I grew up in Brooklyn, but I currently live in queens. The only 2 boroughs I don't visit often are Staten Island and the Bronx.

I have a very active imagination, I used to dabble in poetry, but the ladies never liked it. like most people I entertain myself with movies. I try to avoid the stinkers and for some reason the chick flicks don't pull me in. I am a big fan of animation and I try to watch anything that uses CGI. Most kid movies are entertaining, and as of this writing the most recent one I saw was Astro Boy. I also like Comedy and Science Fiction.

I'm not a Debbi Downer, I understand that there are times when you can be angry or sad, but it's just a mood. It will pass, and there will always be a tomorrow. And more often than not it will bring good things.

I'm looking for a long time relationship. I also understand that short term relationships can also become long term ones. But as they say we'll cross that bridge when we get to it. I like kids,don't have any of my own. But I have 6 nephews and 3 nieces. I babysat one of my nephews till he was 4. And we have a good relationship.

I sell stuff on ebay in the Toys and Hobbies section. But I am currently waiting to see what the new year brings, in terms of ebaying and stuff. I have always wanted to be my own boss. I have a good customer base in the 3 years I have been on the Bay.
I use Youtube as a sort of QVC channel, demonstrating the product up for auction. I also do product reviews on Youtube in my spare time. I have 622 subscribers. It's more fun than work.

At my age I have learned (and i wonder why I didn't before) that there is nothing better than good old conversation. Most of the time we don't express our feelings thinking that the other person will somehow understand what we want. Until we are psychics that won't work.

I have to be frank, we have to meet first before the first date. Our first meeting would involve coffee or drinks at a Starbucks (since they're everywhere) And we would talk for about an hour. Get to know each other a little, see if we like the other person enough to make another date (the first date) possible.

The First Date

This would involve some nightlife preferable dinner and a movie, or movie and a dinner. Or just dinner. Spend an hour or two together, and get to know each other a little more. Because, isn't that what dates are for?
