Hey hey hey,

Here I sit nearing 40 and have still yet to meet the woman who takes my breath away. I'm a writer with a law degree that I don't use, which still drives the parents crazy. I write about politics and the law during the day and in my spare time I've become quite the expert in unsold, unproduced screenplays, but I'm happy right where I am -- except I need a smart, beautiful woman to share life with. Is it you? I hope so. I enjoy escaping from my desk any time I can to take in a Cubs game, go exploring the city, and sipping wine or mai tais at cozy places. Love all types of music as well as romantic getaways. And I can't get enough of Europe, especially traveling through the Tatra Mountains.

Someplace where we could talk, maybe walk and grab a bite to eat and share a bottle of wine. We'll save the out-of-town getaway for the second date. Ha!
