Greatly enjoy veg/flower gardening, travel, reading and dining. Museums, art festivals and learning about other peoples, past and present still intriques my being. I enjoy jazz and blues music. Dislike most country music, cigarettes and Nascar. NCAA college sports has always drawn my attention. At this stage in life, I choose to take it easy, relax and laugh. Slipping an occasional long excursion (domestically and abroad) is in my future, especially west of the Miss and beyond. My focus on horticulture has brought an unexpected pleasure into my life. A cup of hot tea usually starts my day. My politics are left of center. I enjoy cooking/grilling and usually have two glasses of red wine 3-5 days/week. My station of choice on Sirius radio is "Songbook". Great fan of Sinatra, Nora Jones and Gillian Welch. My last really fun dining experience was the Pine Club in Dayton. Had to try one of their gourmet burgers, that Gourmet magazine voted the best in the nation! Searching for someone with an inquisitive nature to engage in meaningful conversation. Liking the U. of Dayton Flyer basketball program would be an unexpected, but astonishing surprise. A good laugh and happy smile would be great! After 30 years in the purchasing field in automotive, being retired is quite welcome. Thanks for reading.
