I'm a girl who likes to be active. I like to explore places and people. I like to try new things, like horseback riding..I want to try that so badly. I want to fully master it. I have a healthy lifestyle. I like to be outdoors. In the winter I like to go away skiing and snowboarding. This winter I am checking into a trip up Mt Washington. Last winter I took up x country/back country skiing, again. This spring I'd like to back-pack Grand Canyon. In the summer I spend as much time as I can near the water. This summer I spent quite a bit of time sailing...It was incredible. I truly enjoyed that time spent not worrying about where the time went..In the not-to-distant future I'd like to get a place on the water. I love to travel. I have been across most of Europe. I am from Europe. Although I wear flip-flops 8 months out of the year,..it's all about comfort and ease, but I also like to strap on my heels and go out dancing.. I need an occasional trip to The Met or MOMA. There's so much peace and controversy, all at the same time where there's art. You feel at peace, surrounded by all these 'completed' works, that s'body were 'pleased' with..Yet, you know there's always some conflict..like 'why' the subject, or 'why' was it done that way..I can spend hours in a book store.. I would like to find an old bookstore...Really old. I relax best with classical music playing in the background... and a good read, ..after a long hike....I love to cook, healthy.

I'm looking for a man who's ambitious when it comes to staying healthy and informed: A man who can teach me things would be great, since I like to constantly learn new things. I try to keep an open mind, and I'd like to meet a man who shows tolerance, even excitement if we disagree on things. Patience & tolerance, very important to The XIVth Dalai Lama, and I know that when I practice what we all should understand to be the basics for any relationship (...), I am happier. I hate control. All I want is control of my own happiness. It is important to me that we live in the moment, yet are respectful of each others' personal choices for happiness. Why is it that it is so important for some people to see things their way only? If we are to grow, we have to be willing to see things differently from how we usually see them..

My song, according to my son, is "Norwegian Wood", and he would know. He is convinced there's a man out there who'll appreciate me for who I am: A person who'd rather sit on the floor at your place, listening to your views, than watching tv, and rather listen to music, instead of yelling at each other to get a point thru...lol
