The first thing you should know about me is that I'm a guy unlike any you've ever met before let alone dated. I'll allow two seconds for an eyeroll or some sort of outward expression of "WTF?!"

Now that thats out of the way here's some good stuff about me: I'm one of those good guys believed to have existed and died out long ago. So when you start thinking there are no great guys out there, really you've been glancing while you've been "looking." I'm a fun, intelligent, well-rounded, outgoing person. As you can tell I (may) have a sense of humor. I like movies (huge critic) and music (classic rock, classic hip-hop, jazz, salsa, reggeton, electronica, Pearl Jam, Nirvana, 90s alternative). I'm a political observer and follow the news and current events regularly. I love baseball and going to Tigers games but have been a Yankees fan since I was a kid. I'm no pro yet, but I like salsa dancing and would love to learn argentine tango. I like art, history, books, photography, bonfires and karaoke to give you the short list.

As for the woman I'm looking for? I'll put it like this...she's not "hot" but beautiful. She'll strike and stun me not only with her beauty but also with her intellect and/or passion and leave me saying either "Wow!" or "Damn!" in a positive sense. Hotness cools but true beauty lasts a lifetime.

A good first date is fun, period. Its casual and does not always involve a mixer or bar atmosphere, unless its karaoke night. Chemistry is very important. I like dates with quality "getting to know you" time and lots of talking and laughing. Coffee, paint your own pottery, picnics, shooting pool and wine tastings are great first dates.
