I love dogs, I have a little female spaniel. Being & eating healthy to stay fit are important to me, I try to get to the gym when I can. I also like walking and hiking, most anywhere. I enjoy being at home, decorating & cooking. I like going out to museums, plays, arts & crafts shows, listening to live bands, shopping. I just moved into a new place and I really like being back in "civilization" having moved from the top of a mountain.

I enjoy my job most every day, never a dull moment there (mental health and substance abuse agency). I enjoy watching movies, listening to music that fits the mood, going on walks. When I read back over this, it looks a little boring. But I'm not!! I've already been there and done it twice and now I just want to enjoy the simple things in life with a special person. I like things calm and uncomplicated and uncluttered. I don't like to fight. I like hiking and exploring national parks. There are still so many great places in the USA to see. Short trips (3-4 day weekend) are great! I don't smoke and I seldom drink. I'm very independent & I like a strong man that can be tender and romantic. Intelligence is also important. I'm definitely a girlie girl. I get up early each day as I like to see the world wake up. I'd like to meet someone who would pamper me a little. I've heard people say I'm spoiled (I'm not!)and that I'm used to getting my own way (well...maybe). I'm VERY affectionate and you will never doubt that you are special.

I prefer a man who is 5'11" or taller and facial hair is nice.

There is a time for all seasons but fall has got to be the best. Leaves, crisp walks as nature prepares for a little hibernation. Frost on the pumpkin, memories of back to school, the band playing at games, fireplaces, sweaters, keeping warm with someone.
