Thank you ever so much for dropping in.
First for starters i read far more profiles than i attempt to contact.
I'm 'T' for now. I'm very serious about meeting and possibly starting a relationship with one woman who wants one man in her life.
A little about my past.
In high school i enjoyed technical classes and athletics. I played football and hockey. Long distance running was something i was quite good at though i lost interest and stopped.
After high school i started a good job. Met someone started dating became more serious. A few years later a life was started. We were pressured into getting married. Didn't last a year. I was devastated everything i had ever wanted was taken away.
Fortunately my X gave me all the time i wanted to spend with my son.
He will be 21 in Sept. Attends University of Ottawa. I am very proud of him.
After my failed marrage i was very depressed a career change popped up.
I changed jobs and worked in the golf industry for 6 years, 5 as an assistant golf professional. Again things didn't work out for me and i went back to my original career.
Along the way i have met some women. Dated one at a time.
Rejected again and again i wasn't bitter just a little confussed. What had i done wrong. As it turns out the idea of a serious relationship scared them away.
Rejection disapointment and heartbreak had won. I stopped going out, lost contact with friends.
In my spare time i began coaching minor hockey. It's very rewarding. Being a positive influence to a group of young boys is important. The parents expect it from the coach. I've made some new friends and had a tone of laughter with the boys i have coached.
A considerable amount of time has passed since my last relationship. Then something happened August 09. My phone rang. It was an old friend he and his family had hit some tough times. They were being evicted from their home and they couldn't find anyone to drive the moving van. So i spent the weekend helping them move into another friends house. Was not a good fit. During the next month i spent some time with the family (husband,wife, 10 year old, 6 year old and a toddler)(all boys). Even their cat.
I asked if they would like to share a house. It's been 8 months together and being in a family atmosphere makes me very happy. It can get a little loud at times but i like everything that a family has to offer.
When i decided to move in with these people i also said to myself that being lonely and alone is way worse than feeling rejected. It took some time but here i am on POF.

I am a bit shy at first but i will open up.
At times i can be very sensitive.
I am confident in the things i do and want to do everything well.
I'm a hard worker. I take responsibility, I'm honest and sincere. Loyalty and devotion is important to me.
I don't lie or cheat.
I witnessed too many long past friends lie and cheat on their wives. It made me sick listening to them brag about it. I stopped going out with that group of guys.

Some of the things i would do for you if we were together:
If you were tired i would carry you.
If you were cold i'd be your blanket.
If you were hungry i'd feed you.
If you needed someone to lean on i'd be your crutch.
If you wanted to be held i'd hold you and never let go.
Oh and so much more.

I have no intention to lie or mislead anyone, wrong way to begin a relationship.

One last little thing. The Princess may have to kiss a frog to find her Prince.
