Hi! I have been in Texas since February '07, having moved from Roseville, CA, which is just outside of Sacramento. My days are pretty uneventful, so hopefully somebody will help me to find something to occupy my time ;)

At work, I am very outgoing and talkative, but when I'm not working I'm actually pretty shy and very quiet. It takes me a little while to warm up to people enough to let down my guard enough to really get to know me. I'm also extremely honest, and value integrity, both my own and others, above all other traits people have. That probably explains my being an Eagle Scout. I am very analytical and extremely deliberative, forever observing the world and conditions around me and constantly thinking and processing all the data before making a decision. I love to have fun, and can always find something to laugh about in this world, but I am also quite serious by nature, so please don't misunderstand my dry way of speaking and often straight face... I'm laughing on the inside!

In my potential matches I am looking for a lady, not a girl, who is willing to be friends first and take things slower. I know, I sound either really lame or sleazy saying that, but it's the truth. Like I said I'm kinda shy. I'm also looking for someone who is fairly family oriented, as I am quite close to mine, and someone who knows what they want and aren't afraid to go out and take it if necessary.
