I'm 49 years old, and try to enjoy life everyday. I am not a optimist, or a pessimist, just a realist. Life has dealt me a few hard blows in the past couple years, but as a friend of mine says, "What doesn't end up killing you just makes you stronger." I'm not looking for someone to help me run my life, just someone who I might find interesting and that I would like sharing it with. Tend to be bluntly honest, and expect the same from those around me.

Hobbies include rebuilding and riding classic motorcycles, hunting, fishing, gardening, and most things outdoors. Not a big fan of teamsports, either participating or watching.

Family and friends are the most important part of my life. My work has also been a major part of it for the past 25 years.

I have a grown daughter with a good husband, two grandkids, and a grown son who is currently trying to survive college.:^)

Going out to eat somewhere comfortable, I tend to avoid the large chain food places though. Then talking some over coffee or a beer to get to know one another a little better.
