The most important thing to know about me is that I’m happy. Even when I don't have a right to be!

I'm looking for that someone who will hold my hand and be happy we are a couple. It’s important to me to be with someone who is compassionate, honest and can laugh at me, herself & us!

I’m a well rounded, educated, yet flawed guy with a great sense of humor. My life is a continuous quest for self-improvement – with the scars & rewards to show the successes and failures! My favorite thing to do is to laugh & help others laugh. Being a romantic at heart, cooking together is extremely sensuous. Words my friends use to describe me [when they aren’t mad at me] are: Bright, funny, happy, honest, passionate, articulate, low maintenance, candid, open minded and curious. I know - I asked them! I would have added easy going, sensual, thoughtful and kind – but they didn’t ask me.

My favorite things aren’t things at all. Ever hear that saying “The best things in life are free!” They are! Well, don’t try taking them from the Mall – they have a different policy all together there! But the simple joys of life ARE the best things – and they ARE free! Those long walks on a beach, a beautiful sunset on a summer’s eve, a baby’s laugh, watching something grow in your garden, being silly for no reason other than you can, learning something new… I’m sure you get the idea.

Don’t get me wrong, I love the other stuff too - live theater, dancing, movies, good restaurants, weekend trips, long vacations etc. But life is really about candlelit dinners at home on a Monday night or at some fancy restaurant on a Saturday. Snuggling in front of a fireplace, working together on a project, sitting together at the beach, laughing, listening to each other after a miserable day at work – or a great day at work.

Would your friends describe you as adventurous, silly at times & having a sense of humor? Do you value friendship with your lover? Seeking emotional & physical intimacy? Are you Cute but classy? Sensuous & erotic, yet as down to earth as the girl next door? Where would your sense of adventure take you? Maybe to me? Can you laugh at yourself and at me? Boy, I ask a lot of questions don’t I? Well, it’s because I’m searching for that special romance that seems all too elusive; that someone who wants to share her life & the special things she likes to do. That someone who can finish my sentences. Someone who likes to switch from that little black dress to jeans; fine dining to football. Go ahead – ask me questions back.

A first date? Best thing to do is listen. Okay, somebody has to talk so we have to rule out the movies. Someplace where we can just sit and chat and the main event is us. A couple of hours of getting to know about each other, exchanging ideas, memories and, of course, the future.
