After just turning the big 30, I have realized that things are not that bad! Have reached a point in my life in which I can honestly say I am pretty grateful for where I am, in body and mind.
I'm healthy and happy, I have experienced more than I could have ever imagined and have met a number of incredible people that have helped me grow and develop.
The plan is to keep doing what I'm doing because if it ain't broke, don't fix it right!!
