this is going to be my new motto. I just made it up.

"Dont be afraid of what is, or what was. Instead embrace what could be."

Remember Carlton dancing on the fresh prince of bel air? How happy and free he looked. We should all feel that way and not take life too serious. Maybe he should go on dancing with the stars???

I am a single full time father here of 1. I love doing family things. Right now, it is almost basketball season. My sons first year, so it will be interesting. I signed up to coach his team also, should be very exciting! I like to lead people and see them come together and succceed. Seeing your little one playing great feels awesome too. It feels better seeing him do well then when I was a boy playing sports. Basketball was my sport when I was young, so it will be exciting to see him play.

I am big into cars and hot rods. I have a low rider 1954 chevy and belong to a local car club. We hosted the car show at the qwest center which was pretty exciting. This was our first year hosting such a big show. There is a lot that goes into setting them up. We also made trophies out of parts. They came out very nice and got almost more attention at the show then the cars.

Warm weather is here now. (was hear, still like this paragraph though so it is staying)This means grilling season. My friends and family usually start asking me when it is burger time when it gets warm out. I am known for making rather large hamburgers. Have never weighed them though now that I think of it. They must be at least 1 pounders. Think you can handle one?

Started running recently. It feels so good after a nice run. Word of advice, take it slow. And also buy good running shoes.

Love most kinds of music. Got a Zune and have started a nice collection of newer music. Been listening to a lot of rock on satellite radio. I have to admit, like the old school rap too. Like the music that started rap back in the early 90's. One is LL Cool J. Shush, don’t tell any one!

I also enjoy fishing. This year has been pretty good so far. We have caught a lot. The biggest have been a 22" long Walleye and a 15 pound catfish.

The picture of the dog is my golden retriever "Lucky". He loves to play with stuffed animals. He usually shreds them after a week or so. For some reason, he won’t do that to his ratitoue. He must be waiting for him to cook some food for him like in the movie? Update: sad news, Ratitoue has perished :(. Better hit the claw machine for another stuffed critter. Can I borrow 50 cents?


I am a very humble person and enjoy the simpler things in life. I have a great job and am very happy. Looking for some one that can not only be my girlfriend, but my best friend also. Some one who can share a glance of each other and bring a smile to our faces.

Looking for a well grounded woman. Some one that has her own hobbies and enjoys day to day life. I like to cook, but I feel like I pass up all the good things at the store. It would be great to find some one who also likes to cook and can teach me what to make with all that stuff I pass up. I tend to be shy and introverted, this is why I am giving the online thing a try.

I would go some where outside. It's always nice to eat at a resturant outside (when it is nice).Down town by the river is such a nice place for that. If things go well, go try something fun. Maybe darts or bowling?
