Generally I am interested in reading about and discussing: philosophy, books (fiction), technology (self-declared geek), tv, and film (refer back to earlier declaration of geek hood). I'm oddly fond of bad puns, and the intentionally inane and/or absurd. But, at the same time would be considered incredibly boring to most. I study Philosophy and English literature at UBC. And enjoy philosophy to point that it dominates what I think and talk about. So, I would prefer to meet people who have a slight familiarity with the subject, to the point that they have a preferred philosopher. Be warned arguments (another favored past-time) may ensue as a result as who you name as your preferred theorist (especially so if his name is John Rawls). If you're already bored, ignore me.
