Having been on several "test" dates, I thought it might be time to revise my profile a bit. I've heard a few horror stories committed by the male population...some pretty wacky stuff. So perhaps it might be a good idea to explain first that I don't stalk, lie, cheat or feel the need to negatively manipulate anyone. I don't hold any baggage from previous relationships and I'm not the jealous type. In fact, I never want to be around anyone that doesn't want to be with me. With that said, I have no great expectation of this site and consider a good date to be a complete success.

I am incredibly picky about the individuals that surround me in life. I have my affairs in order...financially, emotionally and physically. I have a good sense of humor that is somewhat warped and I like being around someone that likes to laugh and joke. I don't feel the need to lie because I refuse to be judged by anyone...what you see is what you get. I live by one simple rule, to treat other people like I want to be treated, and if you haven't learned that skill by now then I'll take a pass on any potential meeting.

I'm typically in a good mood and you'll be hard pressed to find a happier or more laid back individual. I like to stay fit and train in martial arts as a hobby and prefer to be around someone that takes care of their body. You don't have to be perfect, but at least be making an effort to take care of yourself. Although I have a daughter that lives with her mother in Connecticut, I don't plan on having or raising anymore children. It's not that I dislike children, I'm simply more focused on career at this given moment.

I'm very easily entertained, so a first date range from chillin at a comedy club to going for a walk on the beach. I have a good sense of humor and like to joke around, so be prepared to laugh.
