I’m a regular girl who doesn’t take life or herself too seriously, although I do have a serious side and a competitive streak. I’m 5’7” and height and weight proportionate. I work out several times a week. People tell me I’m slender and look younger than I am, but you can decide. I'm searching for my soul mate - someone who will have my back and I will have his.

I enjoy mostly casual stuff like BBQs, going out for drinks, playing cards, music, zoos, dining out, movies, museums or just hanging out with family and friends. I love the Cards and watching sports. I love the outdoors and you might get me to go fishing if I don't have to touch anything icky. I have two grown kids who I love spending time with when they’ll let me. I have 2 dogs who are a big pain in my butt, but I love them dearly. Did I mention music? Got to have that - blues, jazz, older rock, really anything that sounds good. I’m more concerned with making an emotional-intellectual-physical connection than I am with someone sharing all my interests.

Away from work, I’m usually in jeans or other comfy clothes but like to dress up if the occasion calls for it. Speaking of work, I am not a waitress despite the pic of me holding the plate like a waitress would. That’s me modeling a Christmas present – a Sookie Stackhouse t-shirt from HBO’s True Blood (one of my favorite shows-it’s sexy-you should check it out). For the past 11 years, I’ve been the administrative assistant/office supervisor for a group of academic surgeons. This profession hasn’t made me a wealthy woman, but I do okay and own my home (well mostly the bank does). My main hobby for the past few years has been school, but I’d love to change that.
