Hello all, My name is Shannon, I am an articulate person with a head on my shoulders, so that being said I would love to find someone who's on the same plain of existence, at least most of the time. I have wonderful half inch holes in my ears that can be seen keeping company with another love of mine, art glass. I enjoy being a freewill guided, godless person who believes in the wonders of evolution; logic trumps religion; although to each his own. I would describe myself as: humble, down to earth, honest, opinionated, saucy at times, appreciative, and always with a hint of Eccentricity. "That man is the richest whose pleasures are the cheapest." If one is trying to get a better perspective of me it is best to get the dialogue started and we will work from there.

It would be wonderful to find someone who shares my love for all things that make you boogie, and join me when i go to shows. If it's got any funk,bluegrass,reggae,outrageous vocals, or jammy vibes im pretty inclined to get down to it. Here is a very abbreviated list of the bands i have seen(some more than others): Phish, Moe., The Flaming Lips, The Roots, Michael Franti, Los Lobos, Keller Williams, The Bridge, The Derek Trucks band, The Wailers, Yonder Mountain String band, The Rolling Stones, Robert Randolph and the Family band, Les Claypool, Umphrey's Megee, Bassnecter, The Disco Biscuits, Bob Dylan.

I do enjoy mindlessly watching the tv, and when i do its usually because of: Its always sunny in Philadelphia, trailer park boys, Dexter, the daily show, Oz, Curb your enthusiasm, true blood, and a myriad of other ones that short term memory prevents me from recalling.

I am well on my way to getting a degree in environmental science, what i will do with that degree is beyond me at this point but i figure getting it would be a good place to start.

Here is a general rundown of what i enjoy during my time on this planet:
music, The outdoors, thunder, lightning, art glass, stretching, Fishing, nature, the moon, picking flowers, sleep, the subtle things in life, animals, hugs, concerts, chillin, arguing issues, laughing, dancing, The Pond, Geekin, grass, rain, clouds, mountain biking, drawing patterns in the sand, water, good food, rides, reading, watching the wheels go round, disturbing the peace, relaxing.

Weather permitting something outside, im partial to picnics, but in reality any setting that would bring about good conversation would do just fine.
