Living a pretty busy life right now, work, school (1st year law student), volunteer with Big Brothers/Big Sisters, my own kids and other things. An occasional distraction to relieve the stresses of demands would be great. An evening out for dinner, movies, coffee, site seeing. Friendly companionship that provides intelligent conversation and thought, good company, and adventurous.

My sense of humor can be a bit overboard at times. Not too often you'll catch me being serious. To have a great conversation and get to know about other people is more stimulating than...I have made some very nice friends on here and have spent hours talking the night away.

I've heard many stories from my friends of some of the men they run into on here. First off, my name really is John. I have a very simple rule that I try to always follow. I've got a mom, sisters, and daughters. I treat women with the same respect that I would want someone to treat the women in my life. I'm surprised more men don't live by this, you'd think they've had at least one woman in their lives at some point.

I enjoy all genre's of music and the arts. Favorite place to meet is at a Yardhouse. You don't need to drink beer, but they have the best seared Ahi in a wasabi sauce. The music there is a bit loud, but the playlist is always great. I also enjoy amusement parks, have my Disneyland annual pass, and could walk around Downtown Disney for hours.

If we get the chance to talk and I make your laugh, then it would all have been worth it.

I hope we get the chance to become friends. I'd like to believe that nice guys don't always finish last.
