12/14/09 This girl is taking a break for a bit. Found a nice one that I'd like to hang out with for a while.

I don't need a "head over heels, sweep me off my feet immediately" kind of guy. I think it's a lie we've swallowed hook, line and sinker (yes, pun intended). An average Joe is just fine. Correct spelling is a must and a variety of interests is fantastic. I'm not complicated, high maintenance, diva-like or clingy. I need my space and I expect my guy to need the same.

Coffee, a game of mini golf, or a flirty date over drinks--I'm game. I love sports and can spout statistics if needed to prove my lack of typical "chick-like" qualities, but I'm still 100% girl where it counts. I love to laugh, hold hands, give encouragement and hang out. I love to cook with someone--it's a great way to get to know you better. I like watching college football and movies or hosting your friends for dinner. I'm a pretty normal girl--not psycho, crazy or stalker--there are a few of us good ones left. OK, when you factor in I get pretty loud when I'm watching football, maybe not so much a typical chick. But who wants plain Jane anyway?

Something relaxing and fun like a walk in the park, a quiet dinner or just a talk to get to know each other better!
