Hello, and thank you for stopping by to read my profile. I'm a very caring, honest, sincere person. I believe in treating everyone I have the honor to meet, the same way that I want to be treated. And that is with respect and honesty. I'm not into playing the games that some people like to play in the dating circuit, so if that's what you want then please pass me by. In the winter, I like to sit by the fireplace and watch a movie or do some type of needlework. In the summer is my time to be outdoors. I love to read when I'm sitting on the beach or the deck. You'll find me at the park with my nieces and nephews just enjoying the day and acting as a big kid myself. I love the swings and sliding board. You might even find me building things in the sand box. It depends on what the kids are up for. You might see me walking the different trails or riding my bike. During football season, you'll see me in front of the TV. I enjoy going to baseball games. I would like to get to a football game, but I have a tendency of giving tickets away. A hockey game would be nice too.

Now, you might want to know what I'm looking for. I'm looking for a male friend, my best friend who will be there with me for life. I'm not looking for one night stands, so if that's what you want please move on. I believe that to have a good relationship you need to be able to listen and communicate. I can do both of these very well.

Here is where I'm to describe what I would do for a first date. This really depends on what you call the first date. The time that we would set up to "introduce" ourselves, I don't consider the first date. The first date is when you've gotten over the awkward time of meeting and is longer then an hour or two.

So, now that we've gotten that out the way, this would be my idea of a great first date. You would pick me up around 11 am on a bright sunny warm Saturday. I would have several different bags for our date. We would go to a quiet, secluded spot in a park and lay out the blanket and our picnic basket. We would talk and get to know more about each other while we eat and enjoy the day. We would walk and if we happen to find some swings we could see who can go the highest. Then we would discuss what we want to do when we're finished at the park. Maybe a movie, or bowling, or fishing, or to a carnival. Then dinner, a nice quiet dinner at a resturant. We would end the first date with a kiss to show how much I enjoyed the day.
