I'm the youngest, most active and probably the funniest 65 year old you will ever meet. I'm very sociable and outgoing and enjoy meeting people. Most of my friends are women because I enjoy interacting with women more than with men. Besides, women are more interesting and more fun to be with. I am completely at ease with them and they seem to be comfortable and enjoying interacting with me. Maybe that is because I am a great admirer, respectful and find them to be charming, complex, emotionally open but also unfathomable. That's the challenge and the reward. I'm a retired college professor and administrator and retired CEO of a medical organization. Currently I'm involved in real estate investing. I am an avid reader and enjoy writing and I send long e-mails. I have diverse interests. I'm an inventor, tinkerer, competitive marksman, hobby machinist and have a machine shop in my basement where I make interesting mechanical devices for women friends which I can tell you about when I know you better. I enjoy relaxing in my hot tub with friends and an adult beverage.

An initial meeting would follow some introductory exchanges of e-mails and the sharing of information about each other getting acquainted to discover if we shared common interests and values. I wouldn't think of it as a date.
