Originally from Chicago, a big Cubs fan, maybe this could be the year! I've been in Atl for 12 years. Recently drove through the Smokies on a misty afternoon during the early Spring which was quite mythical and inspiring. I enjoy working out, hiking, reading, art, jet skiing, dancing and sports on tv. Obviously, my favorite movie is Casablanca, who doesnt admire the bravado Rick displays. I've enjoyed hiking in Tahoe, Cumberland Island, Mackinac Island, Yosemite, Gold Beach, San Juan Island, as well as a Bahama cruise. Enthusiastic member of some book clubs, have enjoyed reading John Adams, Truman, Ted Williams as well as Time Traveler's Wife, History of Tractors in Ukranian, and The Natural.

Music interests include: Leona Lewis, Mandy Moore, Charlotte Church, Madcon, Mint Royale, U2, Eagles, ELO, Matt Redman, Delirious, David Ruis, Darlene Zschech, Rachel Lampa. Enjoy theater, High Museum, Fernbank's IMAX, Stone Mountain Hiking and then hitting the bakery at Village Corner in Stone Mountain Village.

Volunteerism is an expression of my character. I have been a Big Brother to a 12 year-old, a part of Singles Serving Atlanta, Habitat, and routinely active with Norcross Cooperative Ministry for a number of years. My spiritulaity is very important to me and Jesus is my King! A local pastor says, who wouldnt want to follow a guy who beat death, that's a person worth following!

I'm a man who enjoys an intelligent woman with a good sense of humor. If you've got a little Elaine in you, its a rare treat and much appreciated. I laugh like a kid at Fletch, a Kramer like sliding entrance, and Cosby's playful, observational wit, i.e. anybody up for chocolate cake for breakfast; a comedy routine from his earliest days. Connecting with friends, family, mentors, mentorees (my five young nephews) is a high priority for me. I’m a big champion of quality time of those in my life.
