Since 2005 when my mother past away I have been working on my three family house that is owned by me. I live on the first floor of this house and I rent out the second and third floor, presently I work part time.
Now I have come to the point that just about all the repairs are done and I would like to get back into the health field of which I have two certificate degree's.
I like to keep in shape, swimming and walking are favorites of mine. I have not done it in awhile but hiking along with bike riding is also nice, etc.
I also love to work in my gardem and have upgraded it in the past 4 years, like to watch sports, etc.
I also like the beaches, country and the city to a certain degree and I am among other things a big fan of going out to the movies.
Musically I can listen to anything as long as you do not play it to loud but if you pin me down it would be hard rock, soul, R%B, disco and jazz.
My goals in life basically are to keep healthy and try to enjoy myself as much as possible along with that special someone!
I am a very laid back type of person who at times can be very shy, but if you get me on a subject that interests me I can carry a conversation a long way!

Chemistry, being attracted to , etc, are very important qualities that a person must have, but more important than that is someone that is easy to get along with and someone I can talk to when I need to.
It would depend on what type of women it was, I like to date women between 35 and 55 but other ages are okay to. Generally I like tall women, slender, athletic built or medium to well built but if the chemistry is right any height is okay. Things that come to mind on a first date are meeting for a drink, coffee or just taking a walk and talking to each other.
