In terms of hobbies and interests, there are many, but at the same time not too many. I love cooking. I can typically engage any recipe and execute it pretty well. I am always on the look out for new things to make. Some of my favorites are pizza, risotto, pasta (various dishes), sushi rolls (on occasion), soups, salads and appetizers. I am pretty good at doing sangria and margaritas from scratch. As I like making food - I also like going out and trying different restaurants too.

Other hobbies/interests . . . reading, gardening and upkeep of plants around house, listening to music (all kinds - but favor indy, alternative, funk, world music to name a few - but not limited), soccer (watching and playing), traveling (when time permits), comedy (I enjoy the Improv), watching indy film at home on Sundance or IFC or going out to the art film house to see films, jogging on the Katy Trail, spending time w/ family and friends . . .

Goals and aspirations are simple . . . stay happy, keep the people around me happy, do the best as possible in one's career, and continue learning and exploring in life.

I do have high expectations in terms of kindness and loyalty that I like to receive from friends and family and I give plenty in return. Generally I am easy going, keep the ego in check, and try to be positive and supportive.

First date . . . that would depend on both of our interests for that particular day/time that we decide to meet . . . I tend to be open and can not premeditate such a thing.
