ABOUT ME:

My Name is Chad. I am 37 years old, divorced, (5 years) and looking for a serious relationship. I am employed full time, work as a EMT and have been at my job going on 7 years now. I have 2 daughters ages 10 and 16 who are absolutely awesome:) In my free time I love to spend time with my daughters when I have them. I like to be outside and enjoy outdoor activities like, water skiing, roller blading, camping, hiking, outdoor building projects, and sometimes I like fishing. I also like any home improvement project I can get my hands on, I love yard work, having a veggie garden, (fresh is best lol) especially when cooking:)

My closest friends have described me as outgoing, loyal, compassionate, honest, creative, passionate, that I am caring and that I have a huge heart. They would also say that I am very loyal to my relationships, take my relationships seriously and that who ever that special person is in my life that I always put them first and before myself. I am a kind person yet will not allow people to walk over me or disrespect me, and will stand up for things in my life that are the most important. I am not that guy who you will have to track down at the bar every night and wonder when I will be home or if I will be home at all. When I say I am somewhere that is where you will always find me.

WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR:

I am looking for someone who is at a point in their life where they know what they want, and what it is they are truly looking for. I want someone who understands that kids need their dad and that kids come first hands down. My kids have a good mom so not needing someone to take over that role for them , and if you are in a relationship with me, I will need you to be a good role model, and set good examples for them when around them. If you do not have kids of your own you may have a more difficult time understanding this, but you are not automatically ruled out if you don't have kids, yet you need to know that I have had a vasectomy and having kids with me may never be possible. I am looking for someone who can balance things in their life for example work, family, relationships etc. I don't expect perfection but I demand loyalty, and I will expand on that – if you meet someone else do not cheat on me just tell me – I want someone who can tell me everything and anything because isn't that what best friends do?? I just want someone who has morals, a conscience, and strive to make the right choices and do the right thing! Now on a sensitive note: I am not looking for perfection as far as body type goes, I am not looking for obese women because I am not attracted to that and if u are obese, I am not trying to hurt your feelings in anyway, just trying to make u aware that I am not attracted to that. (sorry). There has to be a physical attraction its just life and I am not attracted to obesity. (just being honest) I don't expect a perfect body cuz I dont have one, and I know that women who have had kids sacrificed their body to have them, so stretch marks and baby fat is not a issue for me, and it actually says something about them and how selfish they are NOT!

WHAT I AM NOT LOOKING FOR:

Now this part gets very REAL!! I in no way intend on offending anyone with this. We all learn from past experiences, its what shapes our life and brings us current to where we stand on things today at present. So here it goes....I am not looking for someone who cant give what they receive, or someone who needs to be at the bar every night after work to fulfill a social void in their life, someone who has to have relationship back up plans in case things with the current relationship fall through, someone who is there until something better comes along, Anyone who is currently in a relationship, just recently got out of a relationship because you need time to heal !!, or anyone who is still emotionally connected to a past relationship period!! Yes I have been through all that and I am glad I have been, because it gives me great clarity to what I am not looking for. Honesty is brutal so I have been brutally honest here, I am in no way insecure, and have set iron clad standards for myself out here, and wont budge. I know what I am looking for and wont't settle till I find her:)
