My friends describe me as a quick-witted, down to earth, playful, ambiguously-black woman. Well, that's what they say to my face.

I am a physical therapist by day and have turned into a sloth by night. I am a little shy until I start to get to know someone. I enjoy being active and would love to find someone who also likes to hike/walk, boat, participate in athletics, or travel. On the flip side, I can easily appreciate time to relax by watching a movie, listening to music, enjoying the arts, dining out, or napping. I am open to trying new things but I have yet to convince myself that jumping out of plane would be fun.

I must confess that I also like to break sterotypes as I don't know too many black chicks who listen to heavy metal (don't fret because I listen to all types of music) or can't dance to save their lives. Well, I can do a good rendition of the Running Man.

This is going to sound a bit cliche but I am looking for a friend and potenially a lover. Some of the attributes that I look for in a person are sense of humor, integrity, and an air of being down to earth.
