I can see retirement beckoning on the horizon and am thrilled with the prospect of getting to do what I want to do. I have meaningful work and enjoy my colleagues and clients, but will soon feel very ready to retire. I'm looking forward to lots of entertaining, maybe some travel, and time for crafts, reading, decorating, volunteering, and maybe even some work.

I work with children at my job and have 3 dogs -- both of which help to make up for not having children. I have an enormous old house which I've been updating and decorating gradually. I've lived in a small town for the past 10+ years, but am considering relocating in the future.
