I have been sober for 20+ years. I am very grateful. I am definitely a "glass half full" type of guy. I am very optimistic and really enjoy watching people achieve goals. I tend to be very supportive and encourage others. It has been suggested that I don't mention being sober initially, but I feel very comfortable. I enjoy going out for dinner/drinks except that I drink ice tea, coffee, or soft drinks. It doesn't bother me at all if the woman I am with has a couple of drinks. I want her to feel comfortable and enjoy herself.
I enjoy having having good conversations. There are many attractive, intelligent, mature, witty women In Southern California and I look forward to meeting and getting to know ONE!
I took the personality/chemistry test and it was pretty accurate. The last 20 years of my life have been based on being open and having discipline and self control so I differ with the results on those traits. I have a 23 year old daughter who is very important to me so it is important that I meet someone who I can share that aspect of my life with.
I like smooth jazz and listen to The Wave most of the time. I also like R&B and some old school funk.
