well i always hate this part, because it almost sounds like vanity. I guess i am the average guy-next-door type, 6'2" @ 220 lbs, in pretty to very good shape. Not a bodybuilder by any means, but i don't hate to look at myself naked in the mirror either...I'm more like a middle linebacker, which is what i played in high school football -(RE: Kill the man with the ball!) easy on the eyes, easy on the heart, not a big drama fan and will almost always go out of my way to help somebody. I have great depth of character, comical to a fault, and value experiences over posessions, which means if i had to choose between a new car or a week at an exotic locale, you'd most likely see me driving my old car when i returned. I live a simple country-ish life and usually the best hour of my day is between 7 and 8 AM sitting on my front porch having coffee, watching the squirrels play and listening to nature. It's then when i do some daily devotional readings and spend a little time in God's word. - I enjoy redoing houses, investigating and evaluating interesting start-up businesses, playing in the kitchen, anything that involves water (boating, skiing, beach, etc) and making anything with a motor go fast. I don't smoke or do drugs anymore, have about all my hard partying behind me, and try to enjoy a spiritually, mentally and physically "healthy" lifestyle... I hit Planet Fitness a couple times a week and would enjoy a bit of a workout partner as well. My ideal match would of course have like-minded interests and backrounds, be of slim to average build, not have any very young children (my youngest is my 15 yr old son) not be a heavy drinker, (been there done that, it was not very pleasant) enjoy her profession and make enough income to support herself nicely. Beyond that is all negotiable, and i always look for the best in people and am pretty open minded. She should have a healthy sexual outlook / appetite and enjoy laughing at the oddities of life a lot. Brunettes and/or long hair are big plusses, and "must love dogs" ~~ ha ha... ;P

First date, huh? - well, i am a little out of shape for the dating scene, so bear with me - obviously an initial run-by would consist of 30 min or so over coffee or a beverage to see if there's any chemistry, followed by a "real" date of maybe an outdoor concert on a nice weekend afternoon - just enough of a distraction without being intrusive to those awkward first hours of conversation... or lunch and cruising some interesting shops like at avalon park or something - a day on the lake would be great, but probably after a couple friendly get-togethers to get the spark fired up- theres always the archaic stand by of dinner and drinks, or a flick - i'm open minded so you never know what i might suggest!
