I am your normal, average female (not sure of any better way to classify myself!) - warm-hearted, affectionate and loyal -- honest, intelligent, love good conversation, good books and good times with friends or a significant other. I have been divorced a long time, have a good job, and pretty much know who I am. I am the easy-going type, definitely not high maintenance.

My kids are 22 and 17, so I have a lot more time for myself now and would love some company helping me to enjoy filling that time. My profile above says "Do not want kids", but that simply means I am not giving birth to any more children. It's perfectly fine if you have children. Music wise, I like almost anything, love classic rock, oldies, some country, Elvis. I am a non-smoker and prefer the same in a man (kissing is good!). I'm originally from western NY, but have lived in SC quite a while. (And yes, I am a Buffalo Bills fan! Just don't ask me to root for the Cowboys!)

There's plenty to talk about in person and on the phone regarding life, goals, tastes, hobbies, etc.....so talk with me. You might like it and who knows where it might lead us. You won't know what you might have missed out on if you don't try - that's how I look at it and that's why I am here.....

To describe myself - 5'8" blue-eyed brunette, just turned 46 (picture here is current May 2009). The body type choices above are a little limited - I am the curvy/full-figured/few extra pounds type, waist is smaller than chest and hips - I will never be a super model, but then I am not really into skinny men either! I am working hard to be able to change my description to "average", even though at size 16, I think that is (unfortunately) the American average!

To describe what I like in a man - well, that is a lot harder to do! There is no one type I like, so tell me about you.....Write to just say "Hi" if you want - nothing to lose, everything to gain......

(And it is hard to choose between "dating" and "long term" for what I am looking for. Long term needs to start with dating. I am not necessarily looking to run out and get married, but open to see what might develop. That is why I picked "dating" for what I am looking for, but have no problem with long term either. Friends are good, too...)
