I am Scott and I look forward to becoming better acquainted with you. Thanks for reading my profile. I am intelligent, and attended graduate school out east, earning an MS in counseling which I utilize for therapy with children in foster care. However, I am fun not just booksmart--I love to work out, enjoy biking, and nearly anything outdoors especially spring to fall. I must admit, I am not a big fan of winter.



If you are reading this and reside in Chicago, do not let the Indiana address discourage you; it is NW Indiana and I can be downtown in 30 minutes.


I have a sense of humor, although I can be quiet before I know a person well. I am sarcastic, without being sarcaustic, if you follow me. Caustic, like an acid that eats away at things..I do not enjoy being around hateful people. What I do enjoy and am hoping this site can help me find is a woman who is smart, fun to be with, and cute-although the more fun that a person is the more cute they somehow appear. Funny that.

My hobbies are working out, spending time with my three children when they visit from Indianapolis, reading, watching Colts games, watching Cubs games, cooking ( Yes I love to cook and can make a variety of dishes such as Tomato, Basil, Mushroom soaked slow cooked roast beef for instance. Honest!).

I love dining out, as I cannot cook everthing I like yet. Some favorites are Thai, Chinese, Steakhouses, Seafood...I could go on; however, overall, as long as its prepared well, any cuisine is great.

I love music and have enjoyed a variety. I recently rediscovered such groups of my youth as the Eagles (Love their 'One of these nights', many others), Chicago (Love 'Saturday in the Park', others), Steely Dan (Love 'Reeling in the years'), and a variety of 80s artists such as INXS, Bryan Adams; Cars-While also enjoying newer acts, such as the alternative group, Soundgarden; and can listen to hiphop, especially with the children and though I do not know it well, I think Kanye West, is one artist I heard and liked.

I presently provide therapy to children in foster care; however, I would eventually enjoy starting my own program that blends what I do now with a vocational education component that I believe our system lacks.

I would enjoy anything that allows for an abundance of good conversation, laughter, and ideally a relaxed setting where you can enjoy each other, and discover if a spark is present that can be fueled to lead to more.
