Hi there, here is a little bit about me!I enjoy the simple things in life like motorcycling, online gaming, philosophy, psychology, weight training etc. (ok they are not the simple things :O) but sometimes just a good old fashioned chat can be a match for any modern day convenience. There just appears to be a shortage of people who can maintain a decent, intelligent conversation.

I enjoy eating out, movies, live music, visiting interesting places, sports but I am very easy going and will try anything once (within reason)
I am an honourable person who is reliable and wants to make the best of things as we are only here for a short while (oh, how morbid) lol.

I enjoy eating reasonably healthily (with the odd treat thrown in for good behaviour) I have a new found enthusiasm for weight training and keeping in reasonable shape, I think it's nice when people look after themselves within reason and shows respect for yourself.

I am looking for nothing inparticular, make some new friends would be nice as you cannot have too many! I would like to meet "the one" hopefully one day. (preferably before "Werthers originals" become my staple treat in life and a hip replacement operation is in the offing)

Not a big fan of people with an air of arrogance about them, lifes too short to waste on them.

My music taste is vast and not contrsained to one genre. I particularly like Massive Attack and Faithless but enjoy dance music, rock music, classical and alternative. I love going to gigs.

My favourite movie of all time is Fight Club, it works on so many levels and I like the fact that it doesn't hit home with everyone. Other movies that strike a chord are The Usual Suspects, Little Miss Sunshine, I am Sam, Memento, Crash.... Could go on and on here! I watch far too many movies and enjoy all genres, even romantic comedies if they are done well (keep that between us please)

Just a chat somewhere comfortable with the option of dutch courage at hand, which is always handy, although I don't need it of course!! I don't believe eating out on a first date is a particularly good idea as it is not conjusive to good conversation and you run the risk of something terrible embarrassing happening.. But to be honest, as long as the company is good, does it really matter!?
