I'm short enough to fit in most overhead storage bins, and I'm Irish. Meaning, of course, that I don't tan, I get third-degree burns.

I love to cook, but I have the nasty habit of rendering everything virtually inedible. This has nothing to do with a lack of skill, just an abundance of bad luck. I don't smoke, drink, or do drugs because I love feeling in control of my body and mind.. but I swear just enough to make up for it all. Seriously, some days, I could make Tarantino cringe.

I'm pro-choice, bisexual, and lean to the left. I volunteer at the Placer SPCA (animal shelter) whenever I have time. It's the most cathartic and fulfilling thing I've ever known.

I have no favorite color. I appreciate them all the same, and marvel at their ability to change perception and meaning.

People without morals and without humility disturb me. People who refuse to forgive annoy me, as well as people (such as myself) who forgive just about anyone. I look young for my age, but think and act more mature than you'd believe. My interests change as quickly as the weather in Colorado.

I appreciate simplicity, and classic beauty. I try too hard to act "delicate" sometimes, even though I'm perfectly comfortable in a Chuck Norris t-shirt and pair of sweats. I'll try practically anything once, so don't be afraid to ask.

I'm open minded, mellow and easygoing, with an optimistic, humanistic outlook on life. I drink alarming amounts of tea, chocolate soymilk, and rice milk. I play video games and guitar, but suck righteously at the latter. I have absolutely no sense of direction (no seriously, I still manage to get lost at the supermarket). I admire Honesty and humility; play down your strengths, and call more attention to the things you're terrible at. I'm more likely to be interested. :)

I've visited over a dozen countries, and travel often. I'm far from impulsive, but I can be reckless every once in a while. I'm the kind of girl who would go skydiving, loves roller coasters and gruesome movies. Anything for that short-lived adrenaline rush. I love the smell of garlic and the sound of bamboo windchimes, the flavor of pepto bismal and the heat of laundry, fresh from the dryer. I like jumping on trampolines as the sun comes up.

I'm a deep, abstract thinker, and only strange, unorthodox things capture my attention. I tend to over analyze and severely under analyze things. I'm a lackluster poet and dilapidated conversationalist.

I love reading inspirational quotes. Freudian concepts fascinate me to no end. Hackers piss me off (and, apparently, turn me on.)

I always seem to be chewing on something. I read, meaning I'm literate. I only participate in literate conversations. Got your panties in a bunch because I'm ignoring you? Use grammar, and don't OD on the punctuation. You might get a different result next time.

I make it my goal to learn something new every day. I spend most of my free time watching strange music videos and obscure movies. I was born with a guilty conscience, but I don't mind in the slightest, because I feel it gives me an enhanced appreciation for everyday things. I feel aesthetically in-tune with my surroundings, and I run on sunshine and laughter. I'm one of the biggest klutzes you'll ever meet; my only marketable skill seems to be tripping up stairs. :)

I'm an enormous closet nerd, covering the spectrum from comic books, anime, and video games to star trek, chess, LoTr and computer software. I love making babies smile and meeting new people, especially the eccentrics and fellow socially awkward chameleons.

Oh yeah, and I'm currently a student at American River College and Cosumnes River College, working towards my AA in Film and Media studies. Then I'm planning on transferring to The Art Institute of California, and getting my BS in Digital Film making and Video Production, so I can have my pick of virtually any job in the film industry.
