I have two dogs and I love walking them. I also love cycling and plan to cycle John O'Groats to Lands End one month next year (I do have to get a lot fitter before I do that though!) I also like movies, some TV (but not soaps!) and I also like reading. I am also involved in two podcasts - I do the techy stuff on both and help present the other (but I am not a computer geek - I only know enough to get by!) Not a fan of Games consoles, but do like my Wii - first console I have ever owned.

I also love travel - my favourite places are Australia and Canada. I don't knoe Europe very well, and would love to spend some more time there. Travel is awesome alone, but more fun with two.

I hope to meet someone who likes similar things (dogs, cycling, travel) - someone who is opinionated and can back up their convictions with a good discussion (okay, argument!) I am open minded about the possibility of children, certainly I would like to meet someone that I am serious enough about to consider children with.

I have a fairly broad sense of humour, from clever satire to tasteless filth. My musical taste is similarly broad, for example I don't really like rap as a genre but one of my favourite tracks is a rap crossover. Anything with a good tune or lyrics.

I like a drink and a meal. Cinema is nice but not so good on the first date, as you don't get the chance to talk and find out if you actually like each other.
