Dancing, walking on the beach, dining out... all those things are a given here in Florida... if that is all you like to do, you will not be the person for me. I seek a person that likes to effectively live... not just exist.

I have lead the life most people say they wished they had but never had the fortitude to live it. Though well educated, I live by common sense and my "blue collar" roots and values. Honesty is paramount to me and true communication is a must. I am not into power nor control freaks. Just like to live and let live.

If I win the Lottery, a million stays with me the rest goes into creating at least one no-kill animal shelter for the old and handicapped and to help those less fortunate such as the little kids in the coal mining area of the country or deserving, hard working families down on their luck.

Yes, I do get out, stop traffic and take turtles out of harms way on the road. My heart is soft but my values are strong.

Despite being a romantic, I don't suffer fools or liars.
