I have a pretty hectic life and would love to meet somebody to spend a bit of 'me' time with.

I have a wide mix of tastes and enjoy most things in life. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family and have a busy social life. I try to keep fit and healthy (emphasis on the try!) and like to be active. I am generally a positive person and the glass is definitely always half full.

I love to travel and do things. I have been to some fabulous places, some of which I would like to go back to and lots more I would like to see. I would much rather spend money and time doing things rather then acquiring things, although I do have a bit of a weakness for retail therapy now and again. I think wonderful experiences are really important and the biggest regrets are always about the things that you didn't do rather than the things that you did, so I will try most things once (providing it's not illegal or too dangerous).

I love reading and watching films, although not particularly highbrow and will happily ‘veg' out in front of the TV especially when tired, but don't like to do it too much. Most people think I have awful taste in music but I don't care, if it has a good beat and melody then I'm generally happy.

I would like to meet someone intelligent and articulate who likes to have a laugh and enjoys being busy and active. I don't want to meet anyone who is moody or sport obsessed, unless it is as a participant, although I do enjoy watching live sports and matches, I think life is too short to spend it watching TV!

If you are happy and comfortable going to the beach with family and friends and joining in the neighbourhood street party (where I am the reigning egg and spoon race champion) and also enjoy eating in fine restaurants or staying in luxury hotels then please get in touch.
