I just moved up here to the South Bay in the beginning of September and am so far, loving every minute. I must say though, it is a real adjustment to go from living 5 minutes from the beach, to living in the valley! I do love being on my own, and finally having a real career. I am an East Coast girl, with wholesome Midwestern values, whom is thoroughly enjoying living the California Girl lifestyle. I teach Special Education to a group of 11 middle school age kids. It is definitely challenging, but I go home each day knowing that I made at least one small difference. I am an educated, well traveled, responsible, fun-loving, young adult. I have quickly learned that the bar/club scene is something I can only do once every so often, as opposed to every weekend! I may be in my 20s, but I am definitely not a college student anymore! Other than that, I love cars, loud music, road trips, and movies. I dance, I take my dog for walks on a daily basis, and in general, stay very active. I strongly feel everything happens for a reason, and what goes around, comes around. I say what's on my mind and I don't let the little things bother me. I love to laugh, smile, and have a good time. You can find me smiling more often than not. = ) I own a 7 pound Chihuahua that I swear, is the sweetest Chihuahua you will ever meet. Plus she hates all the typical toy dog things, such as clothes and purses. She plays fetch with real tennis balls! Anything else you might like to know, just ask! I may answer depending upon the question. ; )

I want a real relationship. One where we can be ourselves, and no drama. I don't want a one night stand or friends with benefits. I love spending time with my boyfriend, but it's not a must thing 24/7. We have our own lives, but still have time for each other. We both completely trust each other, are loyal, and are totally committed. It takes two to tango. = ) I would like a guy that has an education, and has goals and aspirations in life. I would like it if the man were tall enough for me to wear 3 inch heels and he'd still be taller. I am a sucker for a brown haired, green/brown eyed, athletic man. But I won't cross off any other options. = ) I want a gentleman, a romantic, a loyal, and a dependable man. A guy that can be honest and say it like it is. Think you're him? For a first date I would love to just meet for drinks in a low key restaurant or bar. Nothing fancy. Somewhere on neutral territory = ) and if all goes well, we'll take it from there. I'm not high maintenance, so you don't need to wow me with some fancy shmancy restaurant on the first date! = )
