I don't want to be something to everyone, but I do want to be something to someone special! George Burns once said, "I have spent years trying to master the ability to please other women. The true gift is to figure out how to please only one."

Rather poetic isn't it?

I'm looking to meet new people with the goal of finding someone that may grow into more than a friend. I feel that any close relationship (romantic or not) will eventually go through a little bit of turmoil. Let's face it, relationships "can" be easy, but they do require some work; all you can do is keep being yourself and evolve into the person that you would want to be wanted.

There are three (3) Big Rock Relationship rules that I live by 1) Please let me open the door for you, 2) Please walk on the inside of the street and 3) Never argue about paying for the bill in public. I know that might sound old fashion but I believe there that chivalry shouldn't die nor should the respect a man gives a woman.

I am in touch with my inner child which provides me the ability to be silly, sarcastic or serious as the situation demands. I enjoy music of all genres and like catching a live band on occassion. I like cooking, spending time with friends and family, reading, writing, and if I don't feel like cooking then eating out is great. Anything out doors is cool with me as long as it isn't too cold out. I lean toward the conservative but I have a wild side that few people get to experience. Who am I kidding, put me in the right situation and I am a wild man.

If you are a strong, independent woman, who understands that my career will take me away on occasion; the possibilities are quite endless.

Ahh the infamous first date...let's see, I don't think sky diving or shooting some rapids is really my vision of a first date. I am more the coffee and conversation type of man. If you want something stronger than coffee; I would be happy to get together at a wine bar, restaurant or pub! Clearly if there is a connection prior to us meeting, then I am open to just about anything.
