If that first bit didn't scare you off (haha) then I'll continue this by also stating that you must fit the basics. Manners, maturity, steady job, vehicle, etc. The ONLY way I could see not having the last is if you're military...but to be truthful, that's still a drag. But I support ya 100%! =)
